Question about the release of Arcanist

I'm sure I head Arcanist will be released at the game launch, my question is does that apply to the early access launch, that comes with your CE copy of the game, I can't find any info on this, I simply want to know~ Thank you everyone

Don't think they've actually said.. last I seem to recall they were "considering it"

given all the arcanists that are likely to pop it'd be nice though.
