    As of right now. Servers do fill up and do get full. So if you are like me and want to leave room for your future friends to play with, I wouldn't suggest a 3 star server...

    Even if it's full there still room they just want players to go somewhere else i'm sure it be open for release. I was talking about this with people on mumble and someone told me this and i think that what they are doing.
