Missing 1.0 character

Anyone else not see their 1.0 Legacy character load on your Server? I've played in the phase 1 made a new toon and all.

Did i miss anything that needed to be done that my old character is not loading up in the server for phase 3?

Im from the Gugnir Server and my characters doesn't show up but when i click on new character i can load my toons appearance.

My toon is also not loading up.

There's a good bunch of people I've seen having similar problems. I'm in queue for chat support about it myself. But I think the problem is: I have 2 service accounts when I look at my XIV account. "Final Fantasy XIV 1" and "Final Fantasy XIV 2". For whatever stupid reason, my ARR beta access was given to XIV 1, but my 1.0 character, and my CE bonus items, are tied to XIV 2.

And as far as I know, there's no fix for this yet.

Yea this is how my account is set up too they are separated. I hope there is a fix soon. although I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing it.

I waited on chat yesterday for nearly an hour (because the first time the agent just closed chat the second it opened). The guy told me that OH NO FFXIV 2 HAS BETA ACCESS DON'T WORRY I SEE IT HERE ON MY SIDE! Don't believe them. I do NOT have access to my 1.0 character, because if I select only the FFXIV 2 account, which is where all my stuff, minus beta access is, I can't even launch the game.

The handling of this any issue regarding this game disgusts me.

I just went through 2 chat support sessions, and in both cases, after 40 min of waiting apiece, I was canceled out the moment I got to my turn.

No, it has nothing to do with you being rude. It is bullcrap. It's getting harder and harder to want to continue playing this because I don't want to imagine the day I have to actually contact support with an actual issue.

I just got off a chat support. He was able to help me out by getting me a new code that applied to my FFXIV Service Account 2.

I now have access to my 1.0 character. Hopefully everyone else is able to get their issue fixed, especially you Denmo...gotta get dat 2.0 beard on.

That's good. But if he cuts me off again I swear I may get banned from 2.0 entirely just from the expletives my mouth will emit.
