Guess what, your whole linkshell has the option to pick the same server :0 but I guess you want a "global" server and then people will say.."where is the global data center located? oooh it's in japan? well i'd rather go somewhere closer to my region... let's go to a NA located global server..." lol do you see how dumb that sounds? there cannot be a global server!!!
