Zwei here, I am having an LS mate post this thread for me because I am unable to log into the Lodestone forums. This problem is a different matter but it has been preventing me from addressing the issue of PC 1.0 players who have not received Phase 3 keys.

I suspect that Hotmail might be the problem. All my friends having this problem have Hotmail as their main email on their SE account, myself included.

These are the email addresses my Hotmail account has received.

It is possible that this email is being completely filtered somehow.

This is a new thread for the purpose of organized troubleshooting. Please reply to this one giving information in the following format. Then afterwards posts should be constructive, no complaining please.

I purchased and registered FFXIV 1.0 to my SE account (Y/N)
I applied for a beta key before June 12th (Y/N) (this is important to note. Those who were told 1.0 players get auto invited may not have submitted a beta key appication. A possible factor.)
The main email provider on my SE account is _______. (Hotmail, Gmail etc)
