[COMMUNITY TEAM] Beta Phase 3 Failure for 1.0 players

i am extremely disapointed in the lack of support, or information being shown with this issue. currently a MULTITUDE of 1.0 players have not recieved their beta invites, despite what was promised to us by the development team.

i for one have been waiting patiently ever since the game went down for a beta invite. never got angry or upset for not getting invited to p1 or p2. but here we are at P3, and now im angry. i was promised an invite, and now that promise has not been met.

My question:
What has caused this error?
What is being done to fix it?
will there be a point of contact to get this issue remedied if the general fix does not work?

please understand. im not trying to be belligerent, im being as calm and concise as possible given the circumstance. i took vacation days off from my job to give myself a good opportunity to immerse myself in this beta test, and i feel as if i've been lied to and let down. i understand we are mid E3. i understand that problems occur. but the blatant out right IGNORING of this issue, during the Eleventh hour(no pun intended for the PDT), is absolutely unacceptable.

seeing this kind of behavior from a team i have so much faith in right now, is really really putting me on edge. im literally about to cancel my pre-order and just pick the game up a week after launch for fear of similar issues occurring.

Hardly ignoring..I'm sure they're working as best as they can to fix the issue. Just because you don't hear from them every minute and every second doesn't mean they're not doing anything.

we've got a little over 2hrs to go, shouldn't take you that long to download and install. I know it's frustrating

Bayhone read through a post about PC Beta Key issues, and posted about an issue with the PS3 keys. it was a blatant ignoring of the problem. not trying to point fingers or fight, but it was an obvious topic dodge.

During the final steps of the process to distribute the PlayStation 3 promotion codes that are used to access the PS3 version of the Beta Test, we encountered an issue that stopped us from delivering the codes properly. We were able to identify the problem quickly before delivering the promotion codes and are pleased to announce that we have corrected the issue and will be sending out the codes to users after this slight delay.

We sincerely apologize about the delay and appreciate your understanding in the matter.

i already mentioned that bayhone acknowledged a problem with the PS3 mailouts. not the PC mailouts for 1.0 Players. he acknowledged this in the thread for PC 1.0 mailouts.
