Community team! Help! No Beta Emails?

It is rather unfortunate. Hopefully it will be resolved very soon. Might have been a glitch in the program that's responsible for emailing invites and whatnot. I know if it happened to me I would not be pleased. The only advice I can give (besides what has already been given) is to send in a ticket to SE and be patient. Hopefully this gets fixed up real soon.

I am a 1.0 account holder. I was granted alpha and thus into beta. I did get the email indicating an invite email would arrive at a later date however I did not get an email for my 1.0 beta 3 code. If this is intentional than so be it. If not than here it is.

I started 1.0 in July and paid through to the end of 1.0. I don't think I qualified for legacy status, but I still was a player in 1.0 and I haven't received anything about beta for phase 3. How can I proceed to be able to participate in beta?

Sign up with more emails on different networks and IPs to have a greater chance of receiving a beta invite

Did perhaps mean that you had access to the earlier 2.0 Beta phases? If so, you don't need a code for the 3rd phase, even though the mail from a few weeks ago mentioned that the code would be sent soon. You should have access to the Beta forum and if you log in with your SE account within the laucher from the client you've downloaded there, a message should appear that "your code has been registered" (without having to enter one).

Indeed I meant 2.0. I was already in beta and I don't need another code. I posted that in case I was supposed to receive a code for being from 1.0 even though I was already in Alpha/beta for 2.0. They did send me a beta 2 code even though I already had access at that time from being in alpha for some reason too. If there truly is an issue than often times more information is beneficial.
I will admit I did not explain that well originally.

It looks like the common denominator is hotmail. i myself am a hotmail user and my primary SEM email is a hotmail account. its possible that you guys spelled hotmail wrong in your distribution program lol if this many hotmail users didnt receive invites to their hotmail accounts.>_>!

If that is true, then that would suck for whomever did that error at SE.

In regards to a resolution though, I have not yet received a response to my support ticket since last Friday.

Truly a poor customer service centre at SE. I hope they don't mess up their distribution orders for anyone who preordered FFXIV ARR from their SE store website. That would just anger any 1.0 player even further.
