Community team! Help! No Beta Emails?

I really don't think most of you understand that this has nothing to do with "rage" or anything along those lines. This is about a company, running a business. Like everything in this world, if you are not satisfied with something you payed for you return it; Sadly there is no return on our 1.0 accounts, nor on our FFXIV CE.

But Naoki Yoshida (god bless his soul) turned a game I played through the rough times, into this orgasmic masterpiece that I was promised a taste of before it is released.(Yes I am dying to play it) But here I stand 1.0/legacy status with no invite.

Furthermore, I know many would say "Hey it's just a beta, relax" It's not just the beta to many. this is an opportunity to test many old/new things, it is also an opportunity to have input on a game that we love very much.

I would like to also mention something before many of you start jumping the gun about our frustration through this issue. Yes I am frustrated, many people that don't even know about ffxiv are sitting in the game playing, while I watch their videos.(very frustrating)

But the biggest issue for me is my life is packed with content, I don't ever know when I will have time to sit at my command center and enjoy a game. Most, if not all the time I am on the road, and with the release of FFXIV being so close to school registrations etc. I don't even know if I will have time for launch or phase 4(since I know most of you will say "Don't worry you can test in phase 4 it's open) So to put things into perspective... I will be moving sometime in August, in prep for school, plus balancing work, gym, my lady, life's random issues etc. So not everyone has time to just say "Oh, look beta weekend! im there!"

In a nutshell, I would just like an opportunity to test the game, make new characters, get a feel for it, try out new looks etc. before life comes down on me. But this lack of support is not very comforting, it almost pushes you further from the game.
