Actually maybe you should read before posting.
According to the community rep, their systems showed emails "Sent out properly." In other words we should have received them, yet we haven't... (somehow that doesn't make sense to me)
Seems like a point of blame at us, saying we did get them, and did not check our "junk mail" or "Filters" Yet I have received alpha emails, phase emails(schedules), and
noreply@xmail.square-enix.com on the safe list. How can they not have issues, if people didn't receive emails? Hrrrmmmmmmmm.
P.S. Ticket sent since last Wednesday(through chat "escalated") no response yet awaiting the great supports assistance! They are great right? since most of you are backing them up for failing.
