Seems like a point of blame at us, saying we did get them, and did not check our "junk mail" or "Filters" Yet I have received alpha emails, phase emails(schedules), and noreply@xmail.square-enix.com on the safe list. How can they not have issues, if people didn't receive emails? Hrrrmmmmmmmm.

P.S. Ticket sent since last Wednesday(through chat "escalated") no response yet awaiting the great supports assistance! They are great right? since most of you are backing them up for failing.
(sigh) It's not a "point of blame" at you. Geez, gimme a break. They merely stated that their system showed that the beta keys had been sent out. They didn't say "Well, you must have gotten your beta keys, so I don't know what your problem is", merely that the system shows the keys as sent out. And I'm sure they're aware, as everyone is, that their system could have glitched or malfunctioned in some way. In any case, they said they are on top of it and trying to find out what went wrong.

Just because you guys didn't receive an email like 2 seconds after you sent out a report doesn't mean you're being ignored or anything. More likely everyone is so busy trying to find out what went wrong, just as you would want I believe. So that brings me back to my point: Chill out, relax, and exercise some patience. They're doing everything they can, but you can't get blood from a turnip, no matter how hard you squeeze.
