your system is wrong bro... ive been spam checking my inbox and junk mail since Before P1 started, and not once has it ever been received under my 1.0 emailGreetings,
First off, I want to make it clear that all of our version 1.0 players are extremely important to us, as is rectifying any issues where they did not receive their Beta Test invites. The Support Center team has been working throughout the day to handle as many cases as possible.
If you've submitted a report but have not yet received a response, I want to assure you the team is on top of it. We're working hard to ensure that all outstanding cases are handled before the start of the next test.
We haven't found any hard evidence as to why users did not receive their codes in the first place as our system shows them as sent out properly. I know my first post contained the simplest solutions (checking spam, ensuring your email address is up to date) and I'm glad I was able to at least see one person saying that was the cause. For those saying that they receive all of SE's other promotion-related emails, please note that it could be from a different sender (listed in my first post) and not the same as the promotional mail.
With that said, I'm sorry I don't have more of an update for you all, but I just want to stress that if you're a version 1.0 player, and have not received your code, please contact our Support Center as soon as possible so that we can assist you.
We thank you very much for your patience throughout this process and hope to get you into the Beta Test as soon as we can.
They said they were on top of it. Geez, lol.
Computers are as fallible as man, even more so in some cases. Some error must have happened. They're doing their damndest to fix it. Just relax and exercise a little patience.
Actually maybe you should read before posting.
According to the community rep, their systems showed emails "Sent out properly." In other words we should have received them, yet we haven't... (somehow that doesn't make sense to me)
Seems like a point of blame at us, saying we did get them, and did not check our "junk mail" or "Filters" Yet I have received alpha emails, phase emails(schedules), and noreply@xmail.square-enix.com on the safe list. How can they not have issues, if people didn't receive emails? Hrrrmmmmmmmm.
P.S. Ticket sent since last Wednesday(through chat "escalated") no response yet awaiting the great supports assistance! They are great right? since most of you are backing them up for failing.
Can't they just resend emails? Or keep sending them to make sure people are receiving them? Have people respond back within a certain frame time to reassure this.

Just because you guys didn't receive an email like 2 seconds after you sent out a report doesn't mean you're being ignored or anything. More likely everyone is so busy trying to find out what went wrong, just as you would want I believe. So that brings me back to my point: Chill out, relax, and exercise some patience. They're doing everything they can, but you can't get blood from a turnip, no matter how hard you squeeze.
Like I said, read more then the last page and you would understand a bit more. I've not received a code since phase 1, seems a bit longer than 2 seconds(just a bit) And the fact that I sent a request since Wednesday LAST WEEK(my most recent request for a key) Shows they are not working very hard, since my email would have been BEFORE issues had been realized. Got anymore un-helpful responses to this post? any other people you would like to suck up to before I head off until tonight? It's kind of a weak argument that someone who is simply telling you should calm down and wait for the issue to be resolved is simply someone who "hasn't read enough of the thread". Look, it's a shame you haven't gotten an answer yet. But just because you haven't gotten an answer yet doesn't mean they're not working on it. Folding your arms and stomping your feet and holding your breath till you turn purple isn't going to hurry matters much at all. Hell, you even got an answer from a rep on this page telling you they were on top of it. Calm down, brah. Everything is going to be okay. You'll have an answer as soon as they do.
Version 1.0, on since day one of FF14 release. NA, PC Alpha test player as well. Have not received code for final Beta test. Please email.
