I got the exact same email. It is very disappointing to see the customer service aspect of this great community in such a charlie foxtrot.

; ; My ticket was sent in early Saturday but have heard nothing back. The only positive thing to all of this is how many people apparently want to play FFXIV! Regardless of what happens, those that are here right now because they actually want to play FFXIV will still be around. The few claiming in different threads to cancel their pre-order that they may or may not have even pre-ordered probably wouldn't stick around anyways.

I'm glad so many people want to play and everything will come through in the end...and...I think one of the reasons they are bringing 1.0 non-legacy players in now is the need for testing how all of this would go. Glad this isn't start of the game. Rest assured you'll be logging in on day 1 without all of these troubles of recent. I also bet that once people get into the beta they will stop posting against SE or ffxiv. :P
