    Ladies, and gents... I wouldn't waste too much time on those emails/support calls, it's weekend, they are not working. As you can tell from the very miss leading post from the community manager, it was posted from his/her phone as he/she was having a few drinks with friends. Go to customer support? check your junk mail, and inbox? lol as if 98% of the people haven't been doing that.

    Support has been down since Friday evening, as they are always out of the office at 6 on the dot. Don't hold your breath, you won't get solid info until Monday when people are back in the office. If you haven't noticed you can't even "chat" support anymore for ARR, you have to go to Final Fantasy IV to even get chat, it's all email support now for ARR. (I would recommend sending an email though) Once again good luck to all still waiting, as a legacy/1.0 thats been dicked around since phase 1, I feel your pain.
