Well,

Realistically speaking I figure they haven't said anything because their embarrassed. This isn't really isn't the games dev team problem, it's whoever is in charge of logistics and Customer Support. I really hope they didn't opt for some Cheap ass support team.

This is one of the last remaining MMORPGs that charge per month. We should have customer support that reflects that that level of quality.
