There are a few things I'd like you to confirm (even though some are obvious) just to be sure:
    • Check your email spam filter to ensure it wasn't caught there
    • Confirm that the email address registered on your Square Enix account "E-mail address 1" is up to date as this is where we delivered the notification. If this is out of date, you will need to contact the Support Center.
The email is being sent from noreply@xmail.square-enix.com if you can search for that in your email as well.

If you were unable to locate the email, we request that you contact the Support Center so that they can assist you personally. I'm extremely sorry that this may impact your ability to play during this weekend's test and we're continuing to investigate the issue and will report back as soon as we have more details to share.
I have checked both my regular inbox and spam folders since Phase One Beta, and I have not yet received any email from Square Enix stating that I have been accepted into the Beta. My e-mail is also the correct one.

Seeing as this is Phase 3 now, I don't think this is acceptable at all considering it was promised that all 1.0 players would be allowed into Beta Phase 3 I find it pretty disappointing how people on my PSN friends list who never touched 1.0 or even played Final Fantasy XIII were able to get a code so easily by watching that FFXIV trailer from the PSN store. I may not have played 1.0 very long in comparison to other players on these boards, however, I definitely know when BS is seen. And right now, I am definitely seeing it on Square Enix's poor Phase 3 management and Beta key generation process for existing 1.0 players.

One thing I definitely do not understand is why Square Enix insisted that any 1.0 account players need a Beta key code for Phase 3 anyways. Were we not supposed to be allowed inside Beta Phase 3 just for playing 1.0 according to the roadmap regardless? Now, it's apparently our fault if it randomly ends up in our email's spam folders. Or, now we have to contact Square Enix Customer Support and hopefully we get a response from a poor CRM system. All I can say is that I definitely can sympathize with a lot of the 1.0 players who have not received anything yet.

This is a pretty big slap to 1.0 players' faces especially when those who never played/tried the original FFXIV or never bought Final Fantasy XIII easily got codes. This is also not about player entitlement either. This is about not receiving anything based on what was promised months ago that has been clearly listed by the DEV team and is also shown in writing inside their FFXIV ARR Roadmap.

In the future, it is probably better if you don't give a date that everyone looks forward to (particularly any 1.0 players), only to disappoint and infuriate many players because of your inability to test if your Beta Key Generation Process works properly - clearly it didn't based on the technical issues I have read the other day.

What a great way to get people to come back to Final Fantasy XIV.

Because it's hella easier to code access to the beta one way - you have key, you get in. It's probably shit-tons of work to code another way to switch us all automatically, even if it doesn't seem like much.
