Good to hear.My ticket finally got through (sent it before I read this thread and left my previous comment). They apologized and presented me with a code. A very kind letter.
It's true that companies need to work on their communication regarding big factors. They updated their twitter account, but didn't give away too much information. I'm just glad they post at least something.
I hope that all you guys who are still waiting for their code will receive it soon.
I have sent in a ticket as well.
Man, they are going to have some serious ticket numbers flowing in XD....
