I wish contacting support was an option, for 5 hours today I spent refreshing my chat support waiting out a queue of 70+ people each time to receive this msg.

"Status: Canceled There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later."

So although your information is appreciated, it doesn't help anyone really. I would have rather not got this updated post, it just makes people more angry.(unless your hanging off SE's you know what) *Cough* *Cough*
