Community team! Help! No Beta Emails?

i'm a NA 1.0 player that paid to play the last few months of 1.0 but not enough to qualify for legacy i also use hotmail to receive messages from SE and still waiting for a PC invite i submitted a email to support today about it

NA, PC, Hotmail and paid for a few months but not enough to get legacy..

Who knows.
But I think since I am capable of being a licensed roadway inspector, in charge of millions of dollars worth of construction.
and that I am actually "competent person" certified..lol..
That I am competent enough to work an email. XD..
It's clearly a system problem for quite a lot of us.

That sucks. Have you tried different emails on different IPs and networks when applying for the BETA keys?

After I did not receive it I tried everything I could think of to make it happen..
I crazy verified my account status and email.
Added a new email.
Reapplied to beta two more times.
Different IP's and networks?
That's beyond what can be expected of anyone. XD

I got my previous SE emails and notifications, even the verification of my beta registration..

I'm sure they'll get it figured out..
Just need to relax and wait I suppose.

I am a 1.0 legacy member NA PC that has never received a code for any of the betas. I have sent in two tickets thus far, the latest one being on Friday. I get the emails saying it will be responded to in 2 business days but don't hear anything after that.

Yea i signed up with like... 10 diff emails and was successful 60-70%. Some of them didnt get anything though. As for different networks/IPs it doesnt allow you to re-apply if youre on the same network so you have to do it on different computers and different networks (ie work vs home).

What if the reason some of us legacy players didnt get a beta code is cause we applied again even though we didnt need to so our emails were put in the random lottery with everybody else and the system didnt recognize we were legacy players.

i am currently in the beta Phase 3, however please see below.

i was a 1.0 Player, i was a part of the 1.0 beta, quit the game, and reactivated my account just after the legacy cutoff, and remained active until shutdown.

i did my initial registration on my business email, which is very similar to my SEM email, and realized after the fact that the email i had used was not my SEM email, and figured it would cause problems, so i went back and applied under my SEM email as well.

i received an invite Saturday morning on my ALTERNATE email.
i still have not received an invite for my SEM email.

i don't need an additional key, i have no use for another.i'm just looking to solve the issue for others

I really don't think most of you understand that this has nothing to do with "rage" or anything along those lines. This is about a company, running a business. Like everything in this world, if you are not satisfied with something you payed for you return it; Sadly there is no return on our 1.0 accounts, nor on our FFXIV CE.

But Naoki Yoshida (god bless his soul) turned a game I played through the rough times, into this orgasmic masterpiece that I was promised a taste of before it is released.(Yes I am dying to play it) But here I stand 1.0/legacy status with no invite.

Furthermore, I know many would say "Hey it's just a beta, relax" It's not just the beta to many. this is an opportunity to test many old/new things, it is also an opportunity to have input on a game that we love very much.

I would like to also mention something before many of you start jumping the gun about our frustration through this issue. Yes I am frustrated, many people that don't even know about ffxiv are sitting in the game playing, while I watch their videos.(very frustrating)

But the biggest issue for me is my life is packed with content, I don't ever know when I will have time to sit at my command center and enjoy a game. Most, if not all the time I am on the road, and with the release of FFXIV being so close to school registrations etc. I don't even know if I will have time for launch or phase 4(since I know most of you will say "Don't worry you can test in phase 4 it's open) So to put things into perspective... I will be moving sometime in August, in prep for school, plus balancing work, gym, my lady, life's random issues etc. So not everyone has time to just say "Oh, look beta weekend! im there!"

In a nutshell, I would just like an opportunity to test the game, make new characters, get a feel for it, try out new looks etc. before life comes down on me. But this lack of support is not very comforting, it almost pushes you further from the game.

It is really unfortunate that this has happened to all of you, well, unfortunate in a video-game-fan sort of way. Not, like, in a dying-from-malaria sort of way...but yeah. Sad.

I wish you could have had as much fun as all of the others last weekend. I am sure I am not the only other player who hopes that you'll get your keys soon. We all are rooting for you guys and gals! May the internet be swift and hardy.

I just wanted to know: Does anyone want me to e-mail them the link to the BETA client? That is, if the only issue you're having is gaining access to the forums. I had to do the same thing for a friend who couldn't get to the client.
