Can't they just resend emails? Or keep sending them to make sure people are receiving them? Have people respond back within a certain frame time to reassure this.

(sigh) It's not a "point of blame" at you. Geez, gimme a break.Actually maybe you should read before posting.
According to the community rep, their systems showed emails "Sent out properly." In other words we should have received them, yet we haven't... (somehow that doesn't make sense to me)
Seems like a point of blame at us, saying we did get them, and did not check our "junk mail" or "Filters" Yet I have received alpha emails, phase emails(schedules), and noreply@xmail.square-enix.com on the safe list. How can they not have issues, if people didn't receive emails? Hrrrmmmmmmmm.
P.S. Ticket sent since last Wednesday(through chat "escalated") no response yet awaiting the great supports assistance! They are great right? since most of you are backing them up for failing. They merely stated that their system showed that the beta keys had been sent out. They didn't say "Well, you must have gotten your beta keys, so I don't know what your problem is", merely that the system shows the keys as sent out. And I'm sure they're aware, as everyone is, that their system could have glitched or malfunctioned in some way. In any case, they said they are on top of it and trying to find out what went wrong.
Just because you guys didn't receive an email like 2 seconds after you sent out a report doesn't mean you're being ignored or anything. More likely everyone is so busy trying to find out what went wrong, just as you would want I believe. So that brings me back to my point: Chill out, relax, and exercise some patience. They're doing everything they can, but you can't get blood from a turnip, no matter how hard you squeeze.
so what do we email to get a key again? lol
Thank you for the update.Greetings,
First off, I want to make it clear that all of our version 1.0 players are extremely important to us, as is rectifying any issues where they did not receive their Beta Test invites. The Support Center team has been working throughout the day to handle as many cases as possible.......
....We thank you very much for your patience throughout this process and hope to get you into the Beta Test as soon as we can. It's always great just to hear something and I look forward to getting an e-mail from support.
And to others-- Please let us know when you hear something from support and when you submitted your ticket so that we can get an idea of where we all are in the 'line.'
maybe check your junk mail ???
They're saying that we can log into our 1.0 chars, well how are we going to do that if we don't get an invite? People are already saying they have received their invites for this weekend. I've been in all of the betas. I've applied when they first stated for PS3 beta test and I had an FFXIII code. I really don't want to submit a ticket to have to wait for hours/days for a response. But I guess I'm going to have to do it now or I can more than willingly wait til phase 4 where I hope no one will have problems getting to test.
Just a heads up, the beta emails come from noreply@xmail.square-enix.com and the FFXIV newsletters come from ffxiv-newsletter@square-enix.com.
So if you are getting the newsletters in your inbox, check every day since the EN live letter in your spam folder.
did you guys happen to check what year the beta invites were sent out? perhaps your system is not including people who were in the origonal launch beta.
