    FYI guys, I work in a call center for a living (which also does emails/online support).
    When something big happens, you don't always have the manpower to respond to everyone right away. Please keep in mind SE are humans, too. I totally agree that the ball was dropped with these codes, but be patient and trust they are working on it. You should know that if the company wants us to have a good experience so badly that they reworked the whole game, they will make sure that the codes get taken care of.
    Even if you're waiting for an hour on hold on the phones, understand that means absolutely everyone in their customer support is taking back-to-back calls about the issue all day. That's not even counting if they run support for another game or part of the company, or if someone has a support about... their account or some other issue.

    Yeah, they can't keep enough people on hand just for issues like this, because most of the people would be sent home most of the time, ie not a steady job. Those people would find a different job most likely. They can only work with what they normally get, and deal with the large surges like this, as best they can. Most people who call in to the places i've worked refused to understand it though. *shrug*

    A friend of mine mentioned something earlier, that people who didn't get a key, ie 1.0 players who don't have access yet, could contact SE to get one, but I haven't found any concrete info on this yet so big grain of salt.

    Yep, Never got my code either, and i was a 2010 Beta member, as well as owning the Collectors Edition. Pretty disappointing, and sure, we could contact SE about our codes, but when would they get replied to? Because i mean, if they reply to emails on business days, then Saturday and Sunday aren't business days, and when Monday comes rolling around, the beta is already over.. Enjoyable.

    Beta isn't over forever. Just the first test. If you submit your email now you will probably get your code by the second testing.

    So Monday rolls around and tons of us are still stuck with no invites and no real word from SE..

    Ticket submitted days ago and no reply..

    As for a previous post talking about how call centers work..
    Any call center that has a huge influx of calls coming in, knows to hire suboutlets and more people for the event.
    My sister manages a call center and she knows, when an event is coming, you HIRE MORE PEOPLE FOR IT.

    Sorry but I am not happy..
    I really wanted to get in and see my pals again..
    I did everything I was supposed to and they did not..
    Watching all my buds post pictures, hanging out with old LS friends, doing stuff...
    Feeling pretty shafted here..

    How do I submit a ticket in order to get a Beta Key Email Response like some people did? I've been searching everywhere in the damn Square Enix Support and I can't find anywhere to submit a ticket. Please help me
