    It might be more effective to simply call them by phone at 1 - (858) - 790 - 7529. This is the NA SE Support Center number. Unfortunately, it is only available Monday through Friday and I doubt anyone is working on the weekend over there. Still, I wouldn't expect any kind of response via email, ticket, or anything else. Direct line of communication is the only thing that works imo.

    My ticket finally got through (sent it before I read this thread and left my previous comment). They apologized and presented me with a code. A very kind letter.

    It's true that companies need to work on their communication regarding big factors. They updated their twitter account, but didn't give away too much information. I'm just glad they post at least something.

    I hope that all you guys who are still waiting for their code will receive it soon.

    Yeah I sent a ticket yesterday and still Nada, no reply nothing. As an origional CE 1.0 player i feel kinda boned . That said im a fanboi and such so i'm not going anywhere but it still makes me a sad panda.

    SE messed up... done.. Im getting tired of people "defending" SE.
    Im not gonna say that i defend those who go apeshit either but its really frustrating when SE cant deliver what they have promised us.
    I know there is a problem getting in the beta even with the key. (Beta=expecting problems)
    But the key issue is a pain in the ass because we wore promised it. (my biggest issue)
    2 days have passed and the lack of updates from the devs, help from support team and low priority for some of the v 1.0 players isnt really helping.
    Im not saying their not working on the issue, but if you announce that all v 1.0 players can join beta phase 3 you gotta expect a much higher traffic. Not gonna say we should get higher priority than the ps3 players, but i cant say i feel less prioritised when we arent getting any info or updates. Best thing (my opinion) would be for the devs to give us a new date for us to expect the key, so we dont have to f5 our inbox every 5 min..
    That being said, Im really looking forward to try the beta when i get the chance.
