    No the class who fits the role.

    Limit-Breaks are restricted to roles.

    tank (Paladin, Warrior?)
    melee (dragoon, monk) -> limit break: "omnislash", "Final Heaven" etc.
    healer (White Mage, Barde) -> limit breaks ->
    caster (Black Mage.., Scholar?, Summoner?) ->limit break: "meteor"

    and barde is fitting into the "Healer/supporter" role and is getting that aeo heal/raise skill.

    while Dragoon and monk are able to use both final heaven.
