Dragoon using omnislash

Adding in omnislash is cool, but it makes zero sense on a drg.

Some time it does not need to make sense let yoshi-p explain it. Overall it does not matter it's a LB who cares lol.

It's a fantasy game stuff don't need to make sense even if there a lore.
