I find the voice acting good, but the quality and characteristic of those that should sound inhuman or modified don't; I find that a little offputting. The Amal'jaa and Ifrit are clearly humans speaking with human mouths and trying to change the way they speak; filtering them as they did with Garuda (perhaps not as intensely, given that she should sound like she's screaming in voices through the wind) would probably work out fine.
Again with Gaius, I think the acting is fine - but there's not nearly enough bass in his voice for it to have been broadcast through a metal helmet lined with respirators. Granted, I'm glad he has a different voice than just doing his best James Earl Jones impression this time around. I may have to stop calling him Judge Vader, now.
I'd like to hear it in-game in its proper context before jumping to conclusions about quality, especially considering that it's only been 3 hours since that trailer dared to defy the voices we've assigned them for 3 years.

Austere - Adjective - Lacking in trivial decoration; not extravagant or gaudy
Y'never know! Just throwing out ideas.
