yea sony definately suckerpunched them hard with this one. i dont see xbone surviving the first year. and if they drop their pricing, then theyre probably going to go the route of the dreamcast.

they're planning to make bank on the PSN tho. i think thats how theyre planning to afford selling a 600 dollar system for 200 dollars below market.

The Xbox One appears to be competitive with the PS4 spec wise. Its only problem is it is made by Mircosoft and uses all of Microsoft's money grabbing methods. That and the hundred dollar difference in price will kill it. As far as the PS4 is concerned I own a perfectly good PS3 and asa long as they continue to support it I see no reason to upgrade at this time. Was not overly impressed by the titles they previewed in their press conference tonight.

Still cheaper than Xbox Live gold membership. PSN+ is only $50 a year.
