I like all of the ideas you have posted, to the point of having suggested similar concepts in other posts.

I would like to see the utilization of the hamlets in addition to the camps as places where these types of events take place. Currently camps see a fair bit of activity (some camps more than others, clearly), but the hamlets are pretty much ghost-towns except for the occasional class quest.
