Yip its also in the CE edition (its tied to the CE editions registration code with the other 3 bonuses)
& no mistake its a ANZ (Australia/New Zealand) only bonus for standard edition
i cheaked 4 different websites in the A/NZ, they all have it

On account that those down under always end up paying more in real terms for their games, I'm glad they get a little extra with their standard edition!

I'm from Australia and I didn't realise we were so loved by SE! It has been confirmed that the OST will be available globally and the code isn't region locked ^.^

I would say more it's possibly NDA breach.
So to answer your question: A EU/NA website with a date & proof that it comes with minion, also it has send to EU/PAL territories.
& as we all know FROM PAST EXPERIANCE, the chances of it coming with a minion let alone the "Dalamud" minion are slim to none

Where did you find out the info about the OST? I'm debating on whether I should buy it from JP for £50 or wait. Not to mention that will the NA/EU release come with the minion.
