There have, though, how successfully is another question. I setup a Scavenger hunt and recruited people, even created a temporary LS for the event. I made everyone come find me for prizes. It was pretty fun but I made people mad when I hid at the entrance to United we Stand, all the way inside Castrum Novum. Funny as hell ^^
