O.K I'm thinking to hard on this but
for 180 days I pay $12.99 or $25.98 for a year *
for 90 days $13.99 ,$27.98 for 180 days and $55.97 for a year*
but this one is crazy! $14.99 for 30 days $44.97 for 90 days and $179.88 for a year!!

and Legacy players pay $9.99 for 30 days... $119.98 for a year....

am I reading this right ? The less I pay the more I get. Seems everyone will have 180 days sub.How can this be?

A little fuzzy on your math but as a general rule this is standard practice for subscription based games. It is used as an incentive to have people sign up for longer periods as it reduces processing costs for billing. It also keeps people on the roles for a longer period of time reducing the subscriber drop off after the initial launch euphoria.

Ah I wasn't thinking in that way. Like the longer you sub it reduce the monthly payments @@ I took it literally 180 days for $12.99. OK I just wanted to question the usefulness of legacy. It's good to know it can save us $40 a year : )

Don't worry, I had to explain this to someone else too lol.
But yeah.. those are only the monthly prices as Llen said^^;, so the 180 day price you'll multiply by 6 to get a figure of $77.94 payment every 6 months, but you'll save almost enough to get an entire extra month of subscription if you go the 6month route.
