Moon next to clock displays incorrect moon phase

EXPECTED RESULT: Moon icon will match the moon in the sky
ACTUAL RESULT: Moon icon is actually the opposite moon phase from the real moon

This bug appears to be independent of area. It should be simple to verify so I have not attached any pictures of the bug.

Ya i've been reporting this minor bug from ages...real moon is delayed 2 phases from moon icon.
