    See-Through Spectacles (and head!)

This is the second time I've encountered this bug, and I'm not sure how to reproduce it. Both times it's happened, it was after I expected the market wards to Gridania.

When I exit, I appear none-the-worse for the wear, except for my head. You see, my spectacles become holes in my head, and allow me to see whatever's behind me, including players and NPCs (but not names.) Changing gear corrects the issue.

While definitely a low priority problem, it may indicate issues in the code used to render FFXIV. I'm not expecting or demanding a quick fix, just mentioning it since it's happened twice.

Hardware and settings, in case they'll be useful:
    Shadows: Off
    Dust Effects: Off
    Extended Drawing: Off
    Physics: Off
    Name Display: On
    Damage Display: On

    Display Mode: Windowed
    Window Size: 1440x900
    Multisampling: No AA
    General Drawing Quality: 7
    Background Drawing Quality: 3
    Shadow Detail: Lowest
    Ambient Occlusion: Off
    Depth of Field: Off
    Texture Quality: High
    Texture Filtering: High

    Radeon HD 4850 w/ 512 MB GDDR3 (Manufacturer & Name: Sapphire, HD4850 512M GDDR3 PCI-E DUAL DVI-I/TVO, BIOS ver: 011.004.000.003)
    Currently running ATI's drivers, Catalyst ver 10.11, Driver ver 8.791-101026a-107888C-ATI, Direct3D 8.14.10.0791
Operating System is Windows 7 "Home Premium" 64-bit SP1, DirectX 11

Again, not too concerned, and it's minor. Just putting it out there.

    Greetings, Spiriel!
Thank you for posting your concerns about the displaying of spectacles. I can understand how strange it may seem to have holes in your character's head, so I have made sure to report this matter to the development team for a thorough investigation. I recommend checking on this thread for any news regarding the investigation. Thanks again for your report!

    Greetings again, Spiriel!
Thank you for your patience while waiting for a response to your report. Unfortunately, after a thorough investigation based on the information that you have provided, the development team could not find any of the same problems with equipping spectacles. If you find that you are able to reproduce this, I highly recommend submitting another report about this matter, providing all of the details of the steps that you take to recreate the problem. Thanks again for your patience!
