Forum vs Twitter questions for Live letters

Guess I won't post questions in the "ask your question for the live letter ***" anymore.
Their seems to be too many questions being answered from twitter, which I feel are mostly just somewhat plain or selfish since they are questions asked on the spot/live (inevitable), reacting to what the devs does or shows.

"can you show us more what we just seen?"
"was that a that, was it ***** ?"

it would be good if the community from the threads here actually make it to twitter. I myself don't have a twitter account, but I might go and do that just for the last live letter before launch but after E3... hoping that there will actually be one.

Personally, I've been asking for the inertia between animations that was in 1.0 since the live letters are up but never had it answered. I thought it would have been easily answered/seen by the devs since it's a recurring question amongst the animations threads/complaints/feedbacks here on the forums. I fear they are avoiding the subject because they actually want to keep it as it is now, stop walking the microsecond you stopped holding the foward key. It felt way better to have a step or two more to actually stop running in a world where weight exists...

I stopped posting questions to the thread awhile back for the same reasons. It seems they pay attention more to the twitter feeds, than the forum posts.

I think in the case of the forum posts, they pick and choose stuff beforehand based on the topic of the letter (like last one focused heavily on Housing so there was quite a bit of housing questions).

I think you''ll probably get a response faster if you waited for game release than if you were to wait for a response from them lol at the rate they're going with this topic anyway ><

It seems they really just tell us what they've planned to tell us under the guise of answering questions. I still felt maybe it's been worthwhile posting questions because maybe they can get an idea of what we want to know. It does sort of feel pointless, though. /shrug

I have been asking for the same thing. Although it seems such things won't be there at launch, it's important to keep raising such questions as alterations in future patches are always a possibility if the demand is there from sufficient numbers of players.

ITT: SE didn't answer my question= SE DOESN'T LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE!!! /bullybullycomplain

It has been discussed at length in the forums. It wouldn't be conducive to the speed of gameplay that they want, especially if you are moving, and then performing an action at the same time. Movement doesn't just affect how you look, it also affects fighting and game resources as well.

Isn't the question about having different battle animations implemented also related to this? Movement in both passive and active mode for the 5 initial races and their weapons, and that not even going into performing a battle action.

Yes and the only way to conclude the pretty much 50/50 of people on the forum reponse on this matter is to ask Yoshi P what he thinks is best.

I'm not here to discuss about this matter and clone such a discussion here, even though I have a lot to say on the matter versus your opinion, but this is about thread questions seemingly not being answered if they haven't planned to answer it.

Thus, asking thread people to somewhat move to twitter and ask such important questions, which the list would probably make the live letters last twice as long since they are complex questions.

Hmm.. I don't know about anyone else, but quite a lot of my questions did get answered in some of the live letters.

Recently, most of the questions I have are already posted so I just like them.
