Yes i know not all dungeon are easy but the only two that are really hard are bahamut and crystal tower or anything else they have not yet seen.

If they decide to do a second job class then they will need to reset the lvl for every job. So for example, if I unlock summoner and level it to 50, my arcnaist will also be 50, but if I switch to scholar it will be 30 again. It should be the highest level that matches with the class... it would be too easy if I only need to level one job and get the other to max level too....

How are they going to do that if jobs share level with classes? I think they are going to offer multiple jobs per class to give players a form of spec. They can change their play style without having to sacrifice their levels. If they decide to do a second job class then they will need to reset the lvl for every job. Yeah. Since almost every MMO out now offers different specs for every class and SE seems to intent on streamlining ARR, it makes sense. SE won't offer talent trees, so offering different specs via jobs would work well, too.
Thaumaturge can become a Black Mage or a Necromancer. The Necromancer can play similar to pre 1.20 THM....which was awesome and felt like an entirely different class than the post 1.20 THM.
I agree i remember reading that yoshi-p may make a job for lancer that have a pet which make sense a lot of people want a DRG pet job or maybe something new would be cool tooYeah.
