I personally hope they can demo the different sized houses pre-purchase, like an "open house" concept, so you can see an example of what it could look like fully furnished.

What you purchase would be empty at first, of course. I am just suggesting a way people can pick what home they like the most.

Technically they're different races, not different species. If they were different species, they wouldn't be able to procreate with each other (as per the definition of "species") which SE has confirmed is possible. Meaning it would be interracial marriage that you find disgusting. Bigot. :P

While I plan to marry in game and hope for the ability to share my house as well, I would hope there would be many options for those who plan to buy their own personal house.

They've said it will be expensive, so sharing in the cost would be a nice plus.

Hopefully, there will be options like:

- Married couples can share a home
- Unmarried couples can share a home
- You can just have a roommate, or maybe even more than one roommate(s)
- You can rent out room(s)
- You can set visitors who can visit, but not click on a bed (log out inside home)
- Etc.?

That's purely based on the fact that you can't have too much of a good thing. Imagine living next door to a marital house of two Roe males. It would always sound like two loud Yaks going at it.

I thought of something later - surely they wouldn't make these personal houses so expensive and expect us to live all alone. No one wants to live all alone in a video game, right?
