PC Legacies Can't Get CE Items?

To be clear, the Windows and PS3 CE codes are labeled as such. If you try to register a Windows CE code to your account, it will deny you because you already have a Windows code registered to that account. This is the root of the problem, because the in-game bonuses are tied to the CE code. It would be wiser for them to detach the CE bonuses from the main registration code, and I see absolutely no reason why they can't.

ok i understand so my second account that is just standard windows wont be able to register ce becuase i already have standard. if thats the case it woul dbe better to just get the digital upgrade. but if u want the physical stull you have extra codes u cant use unless you want to make a whole new account correct?

exactly. a windows CE code (and all attached bonuses) cannot be applied to an account that already has a windows 1.0 code.

that sucks might as well use the preoder code and then cancel preorder if u dont care about the physicals and just go digital upgrade and just by a standard ps3 copy
