Of course some game sellers typically have a surplus of pre-order codes, and are not shy about sharing them if you ask.
To be clear, the Windows and PS3 CE codes are labeled as such. If you try to register a Windows CE code to your account, it will deny you because you already have a Windows code registered to that account. This is the root of the problem, because the in-game bonuses are tied to the CE code. It would be wiser for them to detach the CE bonuses from the main registration code, and I see absolutely no reason why they can't.
