PC Legacies Can't Get CE Items?

Yeah I'm glad I haven't preordered my PC CE edition yet, having to dish out another $20 to upgrade to CE is a pain. This isn't exactly a way to lure back people who stopped playing 1.0 early in and want to play ARR and get the physical items and in-game items as well. "SE being SE."
