Yes, and the ARR CE will get the physical items but not the digital ones if you have a pre-existing PC service account.the way i see it is you can register ps3 stuff to you account weather it be standard or CE but only that accoun will be able to play on ps3 if you want another account to be used on ps3 you would have to buy another ps3 disc.
1.0 CE will get ce digital items just not the preorder ones.
By the way, I'm glad people have been pretty civil on this thread. Thanks!

why couldnt you get the digital ones?
so what your saying is my 1.0 ce will get them but my 1.0 standard account wont be able to? why not all you would have to do is get the digital upgrade tha they have already said you could do to get the CE in game items or use the codes on your standard account but it would be the only one to be able to use ps3.

You may be confused. I have only 1 account, but 2 copies of 1.0: 1 CE and 1 Standard. If I registered the CE back in 2010, I can get all the CE items. If not, I'll have to buy the digital upgrade too add the in-game items to my CE, or just cancel and get the PS3 CE (which I'd rather not).why couldnt you get the digital ones?

I don't have that much money to throw around. I'd set this money aside back before 1.0 ended, so I'd rather it not go to waste. If I don't have to buy the digital upgrade, that'd be great! But if that were the case, why couldn't they just automatically bump any 1.0 accounts up to a CE status? It would be faster if the bonus were free.
