If you preorder ps3 CE, it can be applied to an existing PC account, AND you get all the goodies, plus PS3 access.

If you want it, cancel your PC preorder, and preorder the PS3 version instead.

Not quite. What about the people who did all of the following:

-Registered Standard Edition of 1.0
-Pre-ordered the PC Collector's Edition of ARR
-Don't regularly check the forums about this sort of thing

The fact of the matter is there was no clear warning anywhere on the ad page or the purchase page, and only after they try to register it will they realize they aren't getting everything advertised. Failure to place warnings on things causes people to unsheathe their lawyers, not that I personally will do so.
