Payment Authorization Failed

I'm trying to pre-order but keep getting this message after last step. Does any of you have same situation like mine? I called the support at Digital River kind of no help ask for my order number which there's no order number provided during the transaction. Then he said it might be my credit card's side, I called my credit card they said they have allowed access and then I go back tried still no work then tried with different credit card same black screen with hidden Payment Authorization Failed in the middle of the screen....First time having difficulty with such transaction with Square-Enix.

Sounds like maybe you should just wait a few days and try again. Maybe the server is down for payments on SE's end. I'm not really sure but it sounds like you should be fine otherwise.

normally a message like that means you simply entered your information incorrectly, or there is a technical issue on their end.

I have ordered from SE before and have had this problem. Make sure that your billing address matches exactly what you have on file with your bank. Even the slightest deviation can cause a rejection.

yea, I　found out that I made a mistake while filling the information and then my credit card block the transaction. I retried after 24 hour then transaction went through. But again it didn't tell you much what went wrong during the transaction instead of give you "Payment Authorization Failed" kind of lame. Anyways if you guys have any similar errors check with your credit card provider then wait for 24 or more hours to tried again. good luck.
