I pre-ordered my copy of Collector's Edition PC Version, and paid 74,90€ but I didn't receive any Code. This is why I asked you all!
On the site where I bought my copy is explicitly stated that I should get all Pre-Order Bonus (Early access, Mog Cap and Cait Sith Doll) but they didn't send me any code... I'll try email them.
