Pre-Order Codes: already available?

Hello everybody!
I just would like to ask all the people who have already pre-ordered Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn (From an official Store or a retail Shop) if they received a Pre-Order code.

(Or do we have to wait till when Square-Enix will send codes out?)

I think you get it once you pay the game. It be dumb to give you the pre-order code before you pay full price. Then people can just pre-order the game and then cancel the order and get the ingame items.
