Issue ordering CE.

For you guys that have gotten it to work, are you trying to ship to the US by chance? I can't get the US option to give me a shipping cost. That's the issue I have. On the very first page where you calculate shipping costs, it gives me 4 options for shipping to the US. That works perfectly, but when I get to the final confirmation page, the shipping drop down is empty with no options in it, and it won't allow me to complete the purchase without a shipping confirmation.

I've tried on IE, Chrome and Firefox. I've disabled no-script for Firefox, Java is enabled. I just flat out can't get a shipping option to appear on the final page.



That's the final confirmation page, this is after I have already selected United States and USPS as the shipping method. It goes through, then on the final page, that information is gone, and there are no options in the drop down menu, therefore, I cannot order the CE.
