I posted an edited version of the OP in the live chat thread Zen posted. Hopefully they dont gloss over the question. It is definitely a frustrating issue :TI had this problem a whileback with my XI account (I, too moved from the EU to the USA) and they wouldn't change it for me. I hope that they may allow this in the future... Not for myself, my XI days are long-gone; but if there are others in the same situation that I was in, it would be nice to have a resolution for that.
