There is a separate FAQ for multi-person account holding so it's not relevant here.

What they need to say is that you will only need one SE account to dual box for one person and that when your Windows product is registered it will be a second service on that SE account. You'll be asked to choose which to log in when you enter SE ID and password.

If they had said that no one really would have any more questions. lol
