WHM robe question

Did they ever change the back part for miqote females? Where a strip of it was cut out the back for the tail? I thought I saw somewhere that they didn't cut it out anymore, but I can't remember where.

I think in one of the videos or screenshots there was a Miqo'te whm without the cut-out in the back of her robe. I remember thinking "huh, I wonder if this is just for the test (as in reduce the number of outfit variations to reduce filesize) or it it's gone."
