Thanks! It's good to see more options appearing. I was kind of waiting to see SE add it before ordering, but I'm leaning towards ShopTo based on what I've read here.

FWIW, Game's image took forever to load. They used the print version (4400x3400 CMYK)! Crazy, but it does give a great high-res or close-up look at the CE contents. (At least until they change to a less insane-sized image.)

Game mentions nothing about the pre order bonus in their description. They also still have the release date under TBA.
I'm sticking with Shopto as they have bonus codes and is cheaper.

Holy ...! GAME.co.uk sent me my preorder code today!!!1

To catch you up:
GAME.co.uk did drop their prices to match Amazon.co.uk when Amazon started selling the physical CEs (late June?). Amazon quickly sold out, of course. GAME still didn't list the preorder or early access bonuses, as if they didn't exist. So I waited.

On July 2, GAME had added the preorder bonus info, though they only said that preorder codes would be emailed some time before launch. Not great, but at least they admitted they exist now.

But now I have the code! Thanks to anyone who "negotiated" an earlier release of preorder codes from GAME.
