Legacy Early Access = Same As Pre-Order Bonuses?!

Yea I see there are a ton of topics regarding upgrading to such and such status.

But I'm more interested in whether the Legacy early access also includes the Pre-Order bonuses (Cait Sith Doll and Mog Cap).

When looking at the Pre-Order bonus info Here this bit has me wondering if our Legacy Early access will be considered as the same code or not?! (Quoted below and bolded for ease)

Redeeming you Pre-Order Bonus Items
By registering the early access code for PC (Promotion Code for PS3) on the preorder.eu.finalfantasyxiv.com website before December 31, 2013, you will receive your pre-order bonus items upon logging in to the game.

I'd only like to know as I would like to get these Fluff items (I like useless Vanity crap lol) but if I dont need to pre-order for them then YAY, whereas if I do, I shall

Legacy accounts are already "flagged" as such, so I don't think we'll get a code to add to our accounts. The codes exist so that regular accounts can get the early access privilege.

Hence, Legacy gets early access but not the preorder items.

According to Reinheart, Legacy members don't get the preorder stuff. Of course that's not stopping you from preordering the basic digital copy and attaching the codes to your current account.

But yeah, gotta pay.

That's why they should allow us to upgrade our existing account to preorder status for a fee, as suggested here:

So to upgrade our account to CE we have to wait for them to add it to the Service Center? Or do we have to buy the download version of the CE?

Legacy only get the early access. For the pre-order items you need to pre-order.

Im legacy and 1.0 not CE ...... but am i still able to get that. Cos im about to buy a ARR-CE for my wife in advance so when she start playing she got it .... and i want to get the upgrade ...

Or will it be necessary to purchase the Standard Edition of ARR as well as the digital upgrade?
