Pre-order confusion

Kinda confused with the bonus items so any help is greatly appreciated. Here is my question: If I pre-order the Collector's Edition will I still get the Cait-Sith doll minion and moogle cap along with the CE items or is the doll and moogle cap only packaged with the regular edition??

Pre-order items are for pre-ordering any edition of the game. You can pre-order the collector's edition and you will get all of the CE items plus the pre-order bonuses.
