Anything under 30 fps shows visible lag.
Actually it's 25, and there's no measurable framerate drop in the video.

To me that is unplayable and it also exacerbates issues, people have with motion sickness.
What is unplayable "to you" is irrelevant. Unplayable is an objective, absolute term that doesn't mean what you think it means.
