It would be interesting if the SCH abilities serve as a dual purpose where each one is effected by whether you have Light art or Dark art active. While light art is active the abilities you use become enhancements which support the party, but when you switch into dark arts, the abilities you used as enhancements now turn into enfeebles which you use on foes. Would definitely give SCH an interesting dynamic of how they present themselves switching back and forth between the two stances.
Heh, interestingly this is what I was thinking this morning! It was a thought that stemmed from how I imagined SMN working a few months back;

Learn abilities like "Guard", "Attack", "Special", "Enhance" etc, and the ability would cause a different outcome depending on which Primal was summoned. For example, "Guard" on Titan would cause a Sentinel affect, whereas using it with Garuda active would be like Featherfoot.
"Enhance" - Titan = Stoneskin, Garuda = Regen, Ifrit = Attack+

I think it'd be a pretty good mechanic for SCH, like you said =b

Blind - Light Arts = Removes Blind, Dark Arts = Blinds enemy
Dia - LA = HoT, DA = DoT
Protectra (-ra; less potent that CNJ) - LA = slight DEF boost, DA = reduces DEF

It'd be a really fun mechanic and would probably become my main =$ Preferably the LA/DA recast would be relatively high (1 minute?) to make sure you're thinking ahead =)
